REFUND POLICY

At Essencex Fragrance, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality, authentic fragrances. Please review our refund and return policy

1. Returns & Eligibility  
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect  
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging  
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes  
- Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Process  
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed  
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method  
- Please allow 3–7 working days for the refund to reflect

4. Return Shipping  
- If the issue is from our side (damaged, wrong item), we will cover the return cost  
- For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees

5. Order Cancellation  
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped  
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

- Clear photos of the item
