Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and original. We carefully source premium fragrances to ensure quality, longevity, and satisfaction.

How long does delivery take?  
- Lagos & nearby areas: 1–3 working days  
- Other states: 2–5 working days  

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Do you offer pickup?  
Yes, pickup is available at our store location:

Orders are usually ready within 2–4 days.

Can I return a product?  
Yes, we accept returns if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?  
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.  
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
